Alicia was raised in Austin, Texas, but is a true "West Texas Girl" at heart. After graduating from James Bowie High school, Alicia joined a local law firm as their office manager and eventually received her Paralegal certification. Alicia joined Gracy Title, a Stewart Company in 2012 and joined the TNT Team May of 2017. In Alicia's free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Jonathan, their son Christopher, and their three crazy dogs.
Amanda was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and prides herself as a true Austinite. Her family has owned and operated a title business her whole life, wherein she has been exposed to the title industry and real estate customers from a very young age.
Angel Davila is a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Escrow Officer with Texas National Title. Angel was born and raised in Texas. He started his career as a real estate agent and transitioned to the title industry when he relocated to the Austin area in 2012. He started as a receptionist and quickly moved up to an escrow assistant/funder, and finally as an Escrow Officer.
He has been mentored by some of the best in the business, and likes to think that some of their integrity and work ethic has been instilled into him.
Escrow Officer Carolyn Shores has 40 years of experience in the title industry. During her extensive career, Carolyn has worked on a vast array of transactions. She is an expert in resale, refinances, builder, foreclosure and commercial transactions.
Carolyn is extremely appreciative of her loyal clientbase! She loves teaching associates and agents and has helped write and teach MCE classes. We are confident she would be an exceptional partner on your team!
Collin Chunta comes to Texas National Title with 15 years of title industry experience, with 11 of those years serving on the escrow side of the business.
In 2002, Collin Chunta began his title career in Dallas, Texas like most seasoned Escrow Officers - by total accident. His mother hired him to answer phones, receipt contracts and greet customers at a small office of a national title company.
When Darrick Blatnick joined Mother Lode Holding Company's Executive Team, he brought with him years of experience in the title and escrow business—all of it as a member of the Placer Title Company team. Darrick started his title and escrow career at Placer Title Company in 1996 as a member of their customer service division and quickly transitioned into sales and business development. In 2004, Darrick was appointed Vice President of Placer's Sacramento County Division and has now joined the recently expanded MLHC Executive Team as an Executive Vice President.
David Philipp has more than 15 years of financial management experience in several industries, including technology, financial services and retail. Prior to joining Mother Lode Holding Company and Placer Title Company, he provided financial management and investment banking services to emerging technology companies and was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a supply-chain technology company from 1999 to 2001.
In August 2016, David Tandy joined the Mother Lode family of companies as the President of Texas National Title where he will lead the expansion of title and escrow operations to Texas.
Previously, David served as the CEO of Gracy Title, a Stewart company, where he led the operations for the Austin and surrounding metro market title operations. Prior to that, David had 19 years of experience within the Stewart organization, including 11 years as President of Stewart’s Technology subsidiary, Landata, and CIO of Stewart Information Services Corporation.
Escrow Officer Debbie Rothhammer joined the title industry in 1995 in Rockport, Texas and continued her career in Georgetown beginning in 2002.
Debbie finds great joy in closing escrows for first-time homebuyers and has extensive experience with a variety of transactions like foreclosures, builder, residential and more. Debbie’s in-depth understanding of title lends her the unique ability to foresee and problem-solve all types of title issues that may occur while ensuring a smooth and successful closing every time.
Denise Moody has joined Texas National Title in a Sr. Business Development position after working for Gracy Title, a Stewart Title company for 17 years. With a 25-year background in Austin real estate as a licensed assistant, Realtor and now as a Business Development officer, Denise understands the role of her clients.
Donna LaFitte is a seasoned veteran of the title industry whose experience in title insurance dates back to 1985. Donna is a past recipient of the Austin Board of REALTORS® Affiliate of the Year award, and past president of Gracy Title Company. After 15 years in management, Donna returned to her sales roots in 2007 and since then has received several sales awards within the company, including Top Goal Achieving Sales Executive and Multi-Million Dollar Producer.
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Elizabeth launched her real estate career at age nineteen by means of a temporary job taken over Christmas break in college. Twenty years later, helping the average homebuyer, the challenge of a difficult title transaction, or the intricacies of commercial real estate, drive her to create a smooth closing experience. Making connections with people is key in her success and the best part of the job.
Enriqueta "Que" B. Reyes has been in the title business since 1987. She began her career in title as a copy shooter, then moving over to company courier and then company receptionist for a small independent title company in Southern California.
She moved back home to El Paso where she began her career as an Escrow Assistant. She had wonderful mentors in El Paso that had great confidence in her as she had no idea what an Escrow Assistant did but learned from some of the best Escrow Officers in El Paso.
Haylie was born and raised in Austin, Texas. After graduating from Westlake High School, she attended the University of Texas of Austin where she received a degree in Communications. In 2006, Haylie started her career in the title industry. With over 11 years in the business, Haylie has been through some of the biggest changes in the Austin real estate market. This experience has given her the knowledge and confidence to handle any type of real estate transaction.
Janis started with Gracy Title in August of 1986 working as an assistant for title icon Ellen Ross. She became a closer at Gracy Title 10 years later. Janis moved from Austin to Georgetown 18 years ago and has been working out of Georgetown for the past 10 years. Janis owns a historic home in Old Town and is active with the Georgetown Heritage Society and the Downtown Georgetown Association. She is a proud owner of a Black Mouthed Cur named Bella and the two of them are regulars at the awesome Georgetown Bark Park.
Jason joined Texas National Title in August 2017. With just under two decades of experience in the title industry, Jason prides himself on proactive communication with an attention to detail, enabling clients to find the escrow process enjoyable and for transactions to close smoothly and successfully. His knowledge and experience in the residential, commercial and acreage markets equips him to provide a diverse portfolio of services to his clients.
Jim Johnston has over 39 years of experience in the title and escrow industry, and has been a proud member of Placer Title Company since 1983. Mr. Johnston has held numerous positions during his tenure at PTC, including President of El Dorado County, Sacramento and Yuba-Sutter Counties. From 1987 through 1992, Mr. Johnston served as the Regional Vice President of County Operations. In 2002 he was appointed President of PTC and President of MLHC in 2005.
Austinite Jon Roseberry looks forward to growing positive customer relationships by assisting clients in achieving their goals. Jon has a keen understanding of the local growing market and has many years of experience in the industry. After graduating from the University of Texas, Kathy Lagaza discovered she could not bear to leave her beloved city of Austin. A temporary job as a receptionist landed her in the title insurance industry, and she soon found that she loved the quick pace and challenge of the business. She rapidly rose in the ranks to Escrow Assistant, and ultimately Sr.
Kathy discovered the real estate industry at a young age during Sunday night family dinners and she couldn't help but follow in her family footsteps! After growing up in Austin and graduating from Texas Tech University, she got her real estate license in 1992 and found her way into the title business in 1996. As one of the first title reps in Austin, Kathy has set the standard and has proudly watched the industry grow and evolve.
KC (also known as Kharon Cavileer Clark) was born in Austin, Texas. She is a 3rd generation Austinite and a 5th generation Texan.
Growing up, KC was split between the city life in Austin and the country life in Brady and Mason, in the Texas Hill Country, where her family ranched and farmed. This explains her hobbies from fishing, hunting, golf and camping to the love of music, sports and museums.
Her passion, outside of her title career is art, working with fiber and paint to create pieces that depict places and times that are close to her heart.
Kelley Clampitt is an Escrow Officer licensed with Texas National Title and employed by fee attorney, John W. Pleuthner since April of 1999. A native Texan, Kelley began her career as an escrow assistant in 1993. During the course of her career, she has learned from the best and the brightest in the industry. Guiding her is the principle that everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. Her clients would say that she is professional, courteous and extremely hard working. Her "go beyond the extra mile" philosophy allows her to maintain a loyal client base.
Kim McCarthy is the proud Branch Manager of our Northwest Austin office and is one of TNT's top producing Escrow Officers. Kim has nearly 20 years of experience in the title industry and some of the most loyal clients! Kim credits excellent customer service and a steller team of assistants. Throughout her career, Kim has worked on a vast array of transactions. She has mastered resales, refinances, builder, foreclosure and REO files. She has also worked as a trainer for new employees and on a team to build and implement new software.
Kristi Dobrinski is an Escrow Officer at Texas National Title. She is a native Texan and has lived in the Austin area for over 17 years. The University of Texas brought Kristi to Austin. Her real estate career began during those college years as she worked as an assistant to a local real estate team.
Lacey Warren joins Texas National Title as the Branch Manager/Escrow Officer in the Westlake/360 office after 8 years with Gracy Title, a Stewart Title Company. Lacey has focused on the needs of the Westlake community for 12 of her 15 years in the Austin title insurance business. She prides herself on being proactive with each transaction to ensure a seamless and professional process for all parties. Lacey and her team's goal is to exceed expectations and make the closing process a positive experience.
In April of 2017 Latra Szal joined the Mother Lode family of companies as the Chief Operations Officer, Executive Vice President and Legal Counsel of Texas National Title where she will help lead the expansion of title and escrow operations in Texas. Previous to that Latra served as the Executive Vice President and Legal Counsel to Gracy Title, now Stewart Title, for over 11 years.
Leah Taggart has lived in Austin for 34 years (she wasn't born here but got here as fast as she could!). She has been in the title and escrow industry since 2003. Beginning at the front desk of a title company in Austin, she has worked her way to become an Escrow Officer. With experience in all aspects of a title file, she has the tools and knowledge to lead a smooth closing. Leah loves being a part of a team and believes that "teamwork makes the dream work." She takes great pride developing relationships with her clients and works hard to tailor each closing to her client's needs.
Lisa began her career in the title business in 2005, and her experience allows her to anticipate your needs. Her infectious enthusiasm along with a wealth of sales and marketing knowledge has helped countless clients grow their business. She puts her heart into her work, and her customers know they can count on her extensive knowledge of the local market, and her passion for helping them succeed in it. She is quick to make herself available to clients, and teaches a variety of continuing education classes for real estate agents.
Lisa Steele has been in the title and escrow industry for over 25 years on both a national and local retail level. Ms. Steele began her career in the industry in sales and through the years has developed extensive experience in the industry serving as an Escrow Officer, Commercial Division Manager, Sales Manager, County Manager, Reverse Mortgage Division Senior VP, as well as Marketing/Communications Director. She joined the executive team in 2013 as Executive Vice President.
Marie is an experienced escrow officer who began her career in the title industry in 1999. Starting as an escrow assistant, Marie caught on very quickly and was closing transactions in less than a year. Marie considers customer service to be her #1 priority and she prides herself in delivering accurate and timely transactions. She believes in creating strong partnerships with her customers and is eager to provide hands on service at all times.
Marsha Emmett has over 30 years of experience in the title and escrow industry, proudly serving Placer Title Company since 1975, and Mother Lode Holding Company since its inception. With extensive experience on all sides of title and escrow, Ms. Emmett has served as an Escrow Officer, Branch Manager, County Manager and in upper level management. Ms. Emmett was appointed President of Placer Title Company in 1997, Chief Executive Officer of Placer Title in 2001 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mother Lode Holding Company in 2006. Ms.
Melissa Cason is a top producing Sales Executive at Texas National Title, and she contributes her success to customer loyalty. Melissa knows the value of the relationships she shares with her customers.
She is an accountability partner to her clients and assists in goal setting and creating unique marketing strategies to gain momentum in an ever-changing real estate climate.
The former television news anchor and reporter has been in the real estate industry in Austin since 2011.
Michelle joined Texas National Title in May 2017. With more than a decade of experience in the title industry, Michelle prides herself on proactive communication with a client-centered approach. Her experience in the residential, commercial and acreage markets equips her to deliver a diversified level of knowledge and service to her clients.
Mona started in the title business so many years ago, that computers weren't around and electric typewriters were a "new" thing. She didn't know what a title company was but took a chance on what sounded like fun, and it has been for 41 years.
Nicole Boynton is a long-time resident of Round Rock. Nicole has been married to husband, Andy, since 1999 even though they met all the way back in middle school! They have two children, three dogs, one cat, and a bunny rabbit. Nicole affectionately refers to her house as the #BoyntonZoo.
Nicole grew up in the real estate business with dad being a local REALTOR for more than 25 years and mom having worked onsite for builders. Prior to working in title Nicole sold real estate for several years and was awarded Rookie of the Year by Williamson County Association of REALTORS.
As a true native Austinite who has witnessed the growth and opportunity in this city from a young age, Paige has both passion and enthusiasm for the local real estate market. She has worked in the title and escrow industry for over 6 years, beginning as a Paralegal/Escrow Assistant for a real estate fee attorney and working her way up to serve as an established Escrow Officer. With a background in psychology, her business approach is personable yet professional. She enjoys tailoring the closing experience to exceed expectations and building lasting relationships in the industry.
Patricia Laffin-Miko has served as General Counsel for Placer Title Company since 1993. She is responsible for all legal services of the company, its parent company, Mother Lode and its affiliates.
Randall Bradley joined National Closing Solutions in January 2002 as Regional Sales Manager. Bradley has lead the divisional sales force and helped promote the NCS line of products and services to lenders and title agents nationally. In 2013, Bradley joined the Mother Lode Holding Company executive team as Executive Vice President.
My introduction to the title insurance industry began in 2005. I started my career as a receptionist, and soon became an escrow assistant, then escrow partner and officer, working on refinances, residential & commercial transactions, 1031 deferred exchanges, builder developments and other types of transactions.
Quality and service are my number one priorities. I have the knowledge to provide my clients with quick turn times and accurate information, and value expanding my industry education every day.
Shannon began her career in the title industry after earning a BA in Psychology from Texas State University. Her 12 years of experience includes residential resale, commercial, condo development/resale and new home builders. She is very detail-oriented and prides herself on a strong work ethic. She has built a team that is consistent, communicative and devoted to working toward a common goal while building lasting relationships and partnerships built on a foundation of integrity and trust.
When not working, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and young boy/girl twins.
Stacey Johnson is a native Austinite with 20 years of experience in the title business. She has worked as a copy shooter, abstractor, examiner, and escrow assistant and for the last 15 years has been an Escrow Officer/Branch Manager. There is not a part of your transaction that she has not worked on before. Her experience flows into the closing rooms to make everyone comfortable and excited to close.
On Stacey's down time she loves spending time with her family, going on vacations to the beach and watching anything to do with Dallas Cowboy football.
Tracy graduated with honors from St. Edward's University and began a career as a radio personality and in media sales before getting her real estate license in 2001. She was shortly promoted to the management team at Keller Williams before she joined Gracy Title in 2006 as a sales executive.
A native of Portland, Oregon, Whitney moved to Austin in 2003. Whitney started in the title business in 2011 after several successful years as the Stylist Manager at Nordstrom. She has had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of clients, from builders and lenders to commercial and residential Realtors. Whitney enjoys helping her clients grow their business by developing creative marketing strategies and motivating them to achieve their goals.
When she’s not working, Whitney enjoys spending time with her kids, traveling, food and wine, being outdoors and running.
Whitney Wright was born and raised in Texas and a local Drippin' girl. She moved to Dripping Springs in 1997 and has lived and worked here ever since. She started her career in the title industry as a receptionist for Gracy Title Company in 2005. Over the past 12 years, she has worked as a funder and front end assistant and prides herself that every role has given her the tools to make her the successful closer she is today. Over the years, she has handled all kinds of transactions with every day being a new scenario to tackle.
