If your experience with Zoccam is limited, this is a great time to learn this simple to use app. Zoccam’s innovative platform streamlines the transaction by enabling the parties to securely send documents and funds to the title company and lender. Not only does this app allow for earnest money transfer at a distance, it also reduces risk and transaction time while increasing security and transparency. Remote Real Estate Closing Options – Provided at no Extra Cost

TNT is working together with e-service providers to extend opportunities for remote closings from the comfort of your home or office. To ensure the health and safety of our agents, customers, and our staff, TNT will pay the RON and Mobile Notary fees for remote closings now through the end of May, 2020.

Mobile Notary Signings
For Buyers & Sellers
This service can be arranged in just about any U.S. location. Prices vary depending upon the provider and service details, but typically ranges between $150-$250. This fee is waived by TNT through the end of May, 2020.

RON Signings For Sellers
Remote Online Notary (RON) is a way to get your documents legally notarized online. This service for sellers can be arranged in just about any location worldwide. The client needs to have use of a device with internet access and is often required to have a social security number and U.S. phone number. Prices vary depending upon the provider and service details, but typically range between $100-$125. This fee is waived by TNT through the end of May, 2020.

RON Signings For Buyers 
Remote Online Notary (RON) is a way to get your documents legally notarized online. If there is a lender involved, the lender MUST both approve of this mode of transaction and be registered with the online platform to successfully use this service. The client needs to have use of a device with internet access and is often required to have a social security number and U.S. phone number. Prices vary depending upon the provider and service details, but typically ranges between $99-$250. This fee is waived by TNT through the end of May, 2020.

PRECAUTIONS WITHIN TNT OFFICES
As we make plans to be prepared for a variety of possible scenarios, we are consistently reviewing our current preventive measures, risk assessments, and advisories issued by organizations such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. State Department, and local government agencies. Here are some of the ways that TNT offices are adhering to city-wide mandates and recommendations in order to protect our staff and community as a whole:

Social-distancing is in Practice

• Please call instead of stopping by our offices. If a physical visit is not necessary, let’s work together over the phone. 
• Please limit attendance for in person closings to only necessary individuals for a transaction. During this time, we are asking all non-signers, realtors and lenders to refrain from coming in but instead be available for a teleconference during closing.
• We respectfully ask that the delivery of keys/garage remotes not take place through our offices. This will limit the number of visitors in our offices, for everyone’s safety.
• For closings and other necessary personal contact in our offices, we’re welcoming you with smiles instead of handshakes.

We’re Keeping it Clean

• We’re minimizing the sharing of paper and treating pens as personal-use items that customers can take with them after their closing. 
• We have hand soap readily available and consistently in use by our staff. Rest assure that we are also doing our best to disinfect touched surface areas between closings.
