Course Description:
Join us for an overview of loans targeted for self-employed buyers. We’ll be talking about mortgage qualifying options including: Bank Statement Loans, DSCR (debt service coverage ratio) Loans, and Investor Cash Flow Loans for Fix and Flip properties.

Professional photographer Knives Monroe will be on-site taking headshots on a first come, first served basis. Each participant will receive one touched-up headshot emailed to them within one week. These complimentary sessions will be no more than 3-5 minutes.
